We had a pleasant stay overall. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. However, a staff member unexpectedly opened our door just before checkout, which was quite unsettling. Future guests should clarify checkout times to avoid similar discomfort.

I had the loveliest stay! The Bistro offered delicious breakfast and Annie was an absolute gem, accommodating my food allergies with a warm smile. Plus, the late check-out at noon was a good treat that let us relax a bit longer before heading out.

Had a great time with my friends! The gym was open 24 hours for our late-night workouts, and we enjoyed some tennis. The room was comfy and clean, making it a relaxing base for our adventures. Perfect location to explore nearby attractions like Brooklyn and Manhattan.
The only downside was that the bathroom drain didn't work well, leading to some annoying standing water.

Family with kids recommend it
First off, the staff is just golden. Had a gal named Anna at the front desk who gave us killer recommendations on local places to eat, and we ended up having the best Jamaican meal nearby. Then there was this valet guy, so friendly, helped us with everything we needed, even though they were swamped. It's the little things that count when you're dealing with family stuff, ya know?
Wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it wasn’t outrageous either.
